How can I contact BEATO for support?
You can reach us via hotline, Zalo, or email. Our customer care hours are 9AM–6PM daily (including weekends).
Can I customize my bouquet?
Yes. We offer custom arrangements for special requests, events, or corporate gifting. Please contact our team via hotline or Zalo.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, changes or cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before delivery. Please contact us via phone for urgent requests.
What happens if no one is home to receive the flowers?
Our delivery team will attempt to contact the recipient. If unreachable, we’ll notify the sender to arrange redelivery or pickup.
What if my flowers arrive damaged?
Please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a photo. We’ll resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
What are BEATO's operating hours?
We are open from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday.
How do you handle product availability and replacements?
We use seasonal blooms, so if a specific flower is unavailable, we may substitute it with one of equal or higher value in a similar style and color. Our stylists ensure the arrangement’s look and feel remains consistent, though slight variances in color are natural.
How are prices and promotions handled?
Prices may change due to flower availability, which is season-dependent. Promotions and promotional codes, valid only for their specified duration, cannot be used retrospectively or combined with other offers. Discounts apply at the time of purchase only, and we reserve the right to amend promotion terms or withdraw them without notice.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment in MasterCard, VISA and Bank Transfer.
How do I place an order on BEATO?
You can order directly on our website by selecting your desired bouquet, choosing delivery details, and completing payment online. Our team will take care of the rest.
Can I schedule a delivery in advance?
Yes. You can select a specific date and time range at checkout for delivery, up to 30 days in advance.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 5PM in Hanoi. Orders after that will be delivered the next day.
What cities do you deliver to?
Currently, we deliver within Hanoi. For custom or bulk deliveries to other cities, please contact our team directly.
How are the flowers delivered?
Your flowers are hand-delivered by our professional team in BEATO signature packaging, designed to ensure freshness and elegance upon arrival.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
We offer time slots (morning, afternoon, evening) but exact-time deliveries are subject to availability and may incur an extra fee.
Do you provide red invoices (hóa đơn đỏ)?
Yes, VAT invoices can be issued upon request. Please provide your company details during checkout or email us after ordering.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and securely processed via our licensed payment provider.
Do you offer floral arrangements for weddings or events?
Yes. BEATO provides styling services for weddings, luxury events, and corporate gifting. Contact us to schedule a consultation.
Can I include a message card?
Of course. All BEATO orders come with a complimentary handwritten card. You can enter your message during checkout.
